This LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop helps groups explore what successful collaboration looks like from both a collective and individual perspective. Through a series of building, sharing and reflection rounds, participants make their ambitions, success criteria and collaboration needs visible. These insights are then translated into a concise set of Simple Guiding Principles that can guide future collaboration and decision-making.
